4.2 Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. 93pkr shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
4.4 You must notify 93pkr immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 93pkr may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
4.5 All information provided during registration and throughout the KYC process must be truthful. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
5.1 93pkr is committed to operating in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming compliance obligations. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is approved.
5.2 Verification requires submission of a clear copy or photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Additional documentation — including proof of address or source of funds — may be requested at 93pkr's discretion for higher-value accounts or where a transaction pattern warrants further review.
5.3 93pkr reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing or place an Account on administrative hold at any time pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Players will not be penalised for legitimate delays caused by document review processing times.

6.1 93pkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. 7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to identity verification will be held pending completion of the verification process.
7.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the Account, subject to the limits and availability of that payment method. In circumstances where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, 93pkr may process the withdrawal via an alternative method following identity confirmation.

7.5 Any amounts deposited via USDT TRC20 that are subsequently withdrawn in PKR will be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of withdrawal. Conversion rates are displayed in the cashier prior to completion of the withdrawal transaction.

15.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting 93pkr support. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
15.2 93pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, without prior notice, if:

17.3 If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of 93pkr's internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by 93pkr's applicable compliance framework.
